AS MUCH AS THE SKY (2022)
As Much as the Sky is an extension of my photography series Yeki Būd, Yeki Nabūd. Taking place physically in the same settings, the moving image work looks deeper into my own fear of losing family as the only connection to my culture. Patterns of flora and fauna are strung together like stanzas of a poem, and audio recordings provide a glimpse into conversations from my childhood.
